Oleic acid is an essential fatty acid Omega "9". It is a monounsaturated fat, a fat sound out there.

Contains antioxidants in olive oil, grape seed oil and canola oil. He may reduce cholesterol, increase good cholesterol and bad cholesterol. The brain needs fat for the operation, because it consists of 60-70% fat.
