La Jolla is probably the most beautiful, but it is also very much geared for the wealthy and so if they are disabled by conspicuous consumption, which can not be ideal. Many houses are modest and friendly, with well kept gardens. its soo quiet, as people go that there are people who live and some of its tourists.
