Just get some fresh mussels in the shell. A Pfund serve 1 person. quite good, and in a pot. Add about 1 inch of water and salt. cover and heat to open them. Remove mussels with a slotted spoon, or whatever, we have to cool slightly and remove the tanks. Be sure to remove the lid. Dip in butter, and let's go. Enjoy
